Pardes Committees

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee works with the board chair to coordinate the work of the board of trustees; serves as a sounding board for the Head of School; and reports any actions to the trustees in a timely fashion.

Committee on Trustees

This committee coordinates the identification, cultivation, recruitment, nomination and orientation of new trustees. It is also responsible for board education and the board self-assessment.

Development Committee

This committee coordinates the school’s fundraising activities, advises the board on the financial goals of the various fundraising programs, facilitates the inclusion of all trustees and other volunteers in fundraising and friend-raising activities, and raises funds.

Facilities Committee

This committee focuses on the needs of our buildings and grounds. It assists in implementation of the master plan for the school’s facilities.

Finance Committee

This committee oversees the school’s financial results; develops the long-range financial plan and the annual operating budget; makes periodic reports to the board on the school’s financial status; and educates the board on both financial reporting and trends affecting school finances.

Kesher – The Parents' Organization of Pardes

Kesher plans social activities for Pardes families, supports our staff and faculty with appreciation programs, and raises funds to support special projects of the school.

Marketing Committee

This committee oversees the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the school. It focuses on advertising, public relations, communications, all marketing literature, and strategies for recruiting students and ongoing cultivation of their families.

Technology Committee

This committee addresses the school’s campus-wide technology infrastructure, the technology curriculum and integrating technology into the classrooms.
