Ruthie Joseph grew up in Phoenix and attended Jewish day school from preschool through high school. She is passionate about Jewish education and happy to be part of the Pardes faculty where she teaches first grade. Additionally, she has worked as a shared teacher in Kindergarten as well as the second grade Jewish Studies teacher. Morah Ruthie earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Bryn Mawr College. She spent the following year teaching at a Jewish day school in Berlin, Germany. It was in Berlin that Morah Ruthie decided to pursue a career in education. She received her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Mary Lou Fulton Teacher’s College at Arizona State University. She completed her student teaching at Pardes in first grade.
