Avital (Tali) Gross, also known as Morah Tali, is a Hebrew teacher for first and second grade. She is also coordinating the Tal Am Hebrew program at Pardes. Morah Tali has been teaching at Pardes for nearly fifteen years. Prior to Pardes, she taught Hebrew in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to kindergarteners through seventh graders. Morah Tali was born and raised in Israel and served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a paramedic. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Hebrew and Comparative Literature from University of Haifa and her Master’s degree, with distinction, in Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University. She has over twenty years of experience in education. In addition, she is also a certified life coach, which arms her with tools for assisting students and parents, both inside and outside the classroom. Morah Tali has three daughters, two of whom graduated from Pardes.
