The Rush Family

What do you love most about Pardes?

What we love about Pardes is the enthusiasm our child has about school and learning. It’s a great feeling to know that your child is in an environment that makes them happy and confident, all while getting a great education.

Why did you choose Pardes for your child?

We chose Pardes for our child  because we wanted a Jewish School that offered a strong academic curriculum.

In what ways have you seen your child grow and develop as a result of their experience at Pardes?

As a result of our child’s experience at Pardes, we have seen him grow and develop into a confident, happy and proud Jewish child.

Describe how your child benefits from the secular academic classes, learning the Hebrew language and Jewish studies at Pardes?

Our child benefits from the secular and Jewish Studies classes by learning balance between the two and how they are intertwined into his daily life. Pardes offers innovative and inspiring lessons that keep our child interested and excited to learn. The secular studies teach and encourage students to be independent, creative, engaging, problem-solvers. By incorporating technology, along with traditional and hands-on-learning, it gives students many opportunities to take in the lessons they are being taught. The Hebrew program is outstanding and has not only taught our child to speak, read and write a foreign language; but connect with his Jewish heritage on another level.

What would you say to a prospective family who is considering Pardes for their child?

Pardes is a wonderful environment for any child. They offer a great community with many opportunities to  become involved for parents and children. The teachers are excellent, dedicated and caring. The class sizes are small and allow each child to grow and develop into unique individuals. The School as a whole is always focused on being the best it can be.

Is there anything else you would like to share about your family’s experience at Pardes?

Our family’s experience at Pardes over the past four years has been positive, supportive and genuine. From the moment we arrived, the teachers and staff made us feel welcome. Pardes also has a beautiful, warm and inviting campus. We look forward to sending our youngest when he’s ready to start kindergarten.
