A World-Class Education Grounded in Jewish Values
Contact Us

The Kindergarten through eighth grade academic program at Pardes Jewish Day School is carefully designed to teach skills necessary for the 21st century. Knowledge must be thorough and comprehensive. From traditional academic tests to project based learning, our students must demonstrate creativity, excellent communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration. Understanding is evaluated in many modalities and greater sophistication is expected as students move up the grade levels.

Our highly skilled teachers use research-based practices in our classrooms. Technology is a tool that is used to extend learning, provide visual support, and enhance global opportunity. Students learn to use technology to give interactive presentations and to broaden their thinking. Technology reinforces skills and is a tool that can be used at home to practice material learned at school.

Our greatest satisfaction as educators and parents is to see our students develop a true love of learning and expand their horizons. The student who learns to love and appreciate Shakespeare, the student who is passionate about science experiments in our lab, or learning a third language, can be seen every day in our classrooms.

Please peruse our curriculum highlights on our website and more importantly, visit our classrooms to see our students and teachers in action.
