Visit Pardes

    • Page Banner

We understand that you are looking for much more than a private school for your child; you’re looking for a community where they and you can grow and flourish. You may have already read about Pardes’ approach to education and how we provide a strong academic foundation, but we understand that there are things you simply can’t learn about a school through a website.

We invite you to take the next step in the admissions process by scheduling a campus visit, which will allow you to experience the positive energy and close-knit community that helps our students thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Choosing the right school is a monumental decision and we want to ensure you get the most out of your time on campus.

What to expect during your visit?

Lauren Kreisberger, our Director of Admissions, will take the time to understand your needs and desires in a school before guiding you through our campus. Before your tour,  you’ll meet briefly to give our team the opportunity to learn more about:
  • Your child’s age/grade level of interest
  • What you’re looking for in a private school
  • A little about your child’s learning style
  • What activities your child is interested in
  • How we can serve your family during this exciting time

  • On your tour, you’ll see:

    • An inside look at our classrooms. We can begin at transitional kindergarten and give you a preview of every age and stage, or start at your child’s current grade level.
    • Our specialty/elective classes– art, theater, science lab, library and Makerspace, where students develop 21st-century skills, such as creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. You’ll also see our library where our students come weekly to read, check out book, and learn about information literacy and cyber-safety.
    • The playground, sports, ga-ga court, pickleball court and athletic fields that support our students’ physical health. We can also show you our JCC facility, which is used for physical education and athletics.
    • Our outdoor educational space at the center of campus which provides opportunities for social and academic learning.
    • The sanctuary, where we join together for Tefillah and Kabbalat Shabbat as well as our multi-purpose room for indoor programming like showcases, Make-Art-Night, performances and so much more.
    • Drop-off and pick-up locations, and a preview of our after school options.

Questions or comments for us ahead of your visit?

Email lkreisberger@pardesschool.org or call the Admissions Office at (480) 991-9141 ext 103.
During your visit, you’ll meet Pardes teachers, interact with current students, and have invaluable conversations with our admissions team.  If there is something else that is important to you to see and discuss during your visit, please let us know.

Student Visit Day

After you submit your application, we will schedule a student shadow day, which will allow your child to experience life as a Pardes student for a day, meet new friends, and get comfortable on campus.

If your child is entering grades 1-8, they’ll be paired with a buddy in their grade who will reach out ahead of their shadow day and share a little about what to expect. You can choose whether your child joins us for a half or full school day.

Prospective transitional kindergartners and kindergartners get to experience Pardes life through an Admissions Discovery Day, typically held in December and January. Children explore our campus, visit classrooms, and get a preview of school life as they participate in hands-on activities.
